Been having issues with the scanner and haven't been able to fix it in 3 days.  I've tried everything HP has provided and suggested but nothing works.  I'm seeing others are having scan issues on Windows and MAC with no success, and not so much as a peep from HP to resolve this issue.  I need my scanner to function for work, and I'd prefer not to buy another one since I just bought this one a few months ago.  Not a good look HP!

Can you be more specific with the scanner issues - Unable to scan? Can't detect the scanner to scan? Lines on scanned copy?

The printer is working but the scanner has a message saying there is no connection.  I've installed and reinstalled but still doesn't work.  Anyone have any solutions?
