HP Smart won't connect to the scanner in my EnvyPro 6400 all-in-one printer. Hugely frustrating - I keep uninstalling and reinstalling as instructed but it doesn't solve it. Get this sorted please HP!!

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.
Please do a reset for the wireless and use HP app to setup and connect to printer again.

Im having the same problem. Follow up to my previous post, I'm doing this entirely from my android phone. Although I use windows 11, and this only mentions windows 10, my laptop isn't involved. "Feature not available" is all I get. I've reinstalled, rebooted, my whole home network reboots 4 times a week on a schedule.
