Envy Pro 6452 All-in-One Scans, Copies, Prints Skewed (crooked)

In the past decade, I have observed HP's quality and customer service deteriorate, but I will refrain from expressing my disappointment in this post.  With that said, my ongoing problem with the Envy Pro 6452 All-in-One is that every scan and copy is crooked, regardless of whether I use the document feeder or the glass.  It is consistently twisted to the right by a few degrees whether I utilize the HP Smart app or Mophria Print/Scan.  When using the feeder, I insert one document at a time, ensuring the edge guides are tight against the document.  Using the glass, I align the document exactly at the corner and close the cover carefully - and after I open the cover, the document is still aligned properly. I am losing productivity and professionalism due to this issue, and it appears that no fix has been found.  Furthermore, the lack of solutions seems to be even greater because I use a Chromebook.
