I was wondering if the envy inspire 7958e printer will print double sided from the automatic feeder. The screen only shows 2 print options.

Hi,

The printer support automatic two-sided printing only, it is provided with a Standard ADF, no ADF duplex capabilities are offered:

You may download and install the HP Full Feature Software and use HP Scan to manually scan both sides:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/EN7900/HPEasyStart-13.4.8-EN7900_55_3_5043_2_Webp...

 

From within HP Scan click on More > and set Two-Sided as required and then follow the steps on screen, you will be guided to reload the other side of the originals and the pages order would re-arrange automatically.
