Erasing any personal information and documents

hi I already asked this but some one just posted a help number that does not work in Europe.  Please could someone advise how I make sure I have erased all personal info and scanned documents, print jobs etc off my old printer before re cycling it.

I suggest you perform a Semi Full Reset

Since these steps are specific to your printer, I have sent you a private message with the next course of action

Next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope
