Bonjour,

 

J'ai un soucis avec une imprimante PageWide477dw,

J'ai renseigné tout les paramètres pour scanner vers un dossier réseau.

le test via l'interface Web est OK

Seulement lorsque je lance le scan via l'écran de l'imprimante, voila le message d'erreur :

"Incident de connexion"

"Erreur générale" 

Cependant le scan fonctionne via le soft HP Scan

l'imprimante à une adresse IP fixe et est à jour

Mit par défaut les réglages d'usine ainsi que la réinitialisation du port réseau.

 

Si vous avez une solution sachant que l'imprimante est encore garantie
