Hello,
Whenever I go to scan to my computer I am prompted by HP Smart to log in, unfortunately every time I try and login I get the same Error Code: UA_400_EB000U0100 . This has been happening for quite a while and I hoped there would be an update that would fix this, sadly there has not been. I purchased phone assistance due to my printer being a couple months out of warranty, but I got a different error when I purchased and it doesn't recognize that I had the support I paid for. I have tried the diagnostic tools, reinstalling HP Smart, nothing has worked on both of our computers unfortunately. I am able to print to it just fine from all devices which I'm thankful for, but the scanner is something we would like to be able to use as well.
Any help would be greatly appreciated 😃

@SKFusion, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
If you are not able to use the HP Smart app to scan, try downloading the HP Scan and Capture app.
Alternatively, click here to download the HP Full-feature driver.
Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
Open the HP Utility and try scanning.
