Hello, 

 

My copying works, but the scanner does not. I have unplugged it, re-downloaded it, restarted everything, etc. It continues to tell me that there is an error when communicating with the scanner.

To be able to assist you better, I'd like to know the following-

  • What is the Operating System installed on the computer?
  • How is the printer connected to the computer?
  • Is there any antivirus/security software installed on the computer?
