I started my HP Officejet 4630 after two years for college and when I try to turn it on it reads "ERROR CODE 0XB02D1AD0". I do not know what this is and could not find any solution after hours of web search.

@Ash95,

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support community!

Let's try to perform a Power Reset, this may fix the issue.

  • Make sure this printer is plugged into a direct wall, not a surge protector.
  • Turn the printer on.
  • Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  • Remove all of your ink cartridges from the printer and close the door.
  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
  • Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on. The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
  • Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
  • Reinsert the ink cartridges, and then close the ink cartridge access door.
  • If you receive a prompt to print a calibration page, do so.
  • Try to print/copy.

Let me know if this helps.

I tried the steps above but the printer is still the same. The cartridge cannot be removed because the slot does not move to the side when I open the access door or turn on the printer. There is also no sound when turn it on. No others buttons are accessible  except the power button light which keeps blinking showing “Error Code OXBO2D1ADO”
