I run wireless test and all is fine, I can print and copy. However everyday I have to turn the printer off and on to get it to print. When I used the printer it scanned just fine. Now I get the rrror message "Unable to Communicate with the Scanner"

Thanks for the reply. I went through the steps in the article and when I re-loaded the drivers everything worked fine. I am using a Surface Pro 4 that is mobile. When I leave the premises with it and it re-connects when I come back it does not work properly. I have to turn the printer off and back on for the printer to work. As of now the scanner also works. Sometimes it does and some times not. It's a pain to turn the printer off and on, any other ideas?
Thanks,

I got the same issue and I changed the Resolution to 300 ppi (I wanna use 600 ppi as default) then the problem has been solved. Please try and update if you can.
