My OS is Mac Sonoma 14.4 (that's not an option on the drop-down list...?)

All software up to date. All firmware up to date. 

For the last few months, I can no longer send a scan to a Folder, I must print it and then Save As PDF. 

Concurrently to this error starting, there is a half-visible message about some I.R.I.S. Software Registration showing in the dialogue window (see pic). I assume it's related to the problem.
