Error when trying to fax

I receive the same error, on 3 different HP Printers: NOT A PRINTER HARDWARE ERROR.  I successfully have been faxing from same laptop and printer with Windows 11 up until early February 2023.  Three weeks after last successful fax, no changes to software, operating system, printer, laptop, hardware - NOTHING on my end, receive the same error message.  Since it occurs on multiple printers that previously sent faxes successfully through HP SMART Mobile FAX, it is not a printer issue.  Likely 1 of 2 issues:

1  Feb 2023 update to HP SMART Mobile Fax software has issues

2  HP deactivated my mobile Fax account (MY HP ID) without notifying me.

Problem using FAQs and AI chats:  if you can't correspond with a person who has the ability to dive into code or tables, to research conditions raising an error text message not listed in your documentation, or unable to research and account to see if it has been flagged inactive - This issue does not get resolved.  Continually get sent in circles to reset my printer, call the support center associated with my printer, etc the error is occurring on multiple printers using my HP ID (mobile fax) credentials.  To repeat;  this points to the problem lying outside of a printer and either with my HP ID or the HP Smart Mobile Fax software itself. 

I would gladly pay to subscribe for this service, but again,  no HP Support personnel have provided me a link to be able to sign up to subscribe.  When it works - the HP Mobile Fax capability has helped me tremendously when trying to get my parents set up in Assisted Living as well as send Power of Attorney proof to all doctors, insurance and other agencies requiring such for me to be able to care for my parents who live in a state other than the one I live in.

Same here, no changes made & multiple previous faxes sent with no issue. I needed to fax for a job I was trying to get, and had limited time to do it & could not so lost out. Thanks HP ***bleep***
