Product: HP LaserJet Managed Flow MFP E826z

I have roughly 40 HP LaserJet Flow MFP E82560.  Most of the machines work fine but one keeps getting an event code 30.01.57.  and drops out of Papercut-MF.  Sometimes rebooting the copier brings it back into Papercut.  However, most of the time I have to delete it and re-add it to Papercut and it will work for a couple of Weeks.

This is likely a hardware issue. As these are a manged product, you will need to engage the company providing your support contract or an authorized partner as parts are restricted to certified shops.
