Product: OfficeJet 3830
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

FAX is disabled. I didn't do it! Everything was working fine until my Router took a dump. Have a new one now, Printing & scanning both work fine by both wireless and the printer itself. The problem now is the message screen says the FAX has been disabled, contact the administrator. (Which is me) For the life of me, I can't find how to enable it as an administrator. It was working fine with the old router, I have re-installed the drivers. It prints and scans just fine wirelessly again, but no FAX. Also, I get a message on my computer from the HP utility that it is unable to communicate with the device, but yet, I can print wirelessly. India was absolutely NO help!   I've searched the support articles and here, so far I haven't found my answer. Any suggestions?
