Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

One of our PCs have problem with saving scanned file. We use HP Office jet Pro 8710 connected with USB cable to PC and we use Scan/Computer on printers display. When trying to save freshly scanned document, it gives an HP Scan error - "The HP Scan Application was unable to save the file to the specific location". As i know, default location is Documents folder of current user.

I have tried to reinstall printer driver and associated HP utilities, with no success. Can you advice us on this matter?
