When faxing documents on the HP 9120e printer will I received a fax confirmation page?

I see that you are looking for information on how to receive fax confirmation.

Please follow the below steps to turn on the fax confirmation settings.

1. From the printer control panel display, Select Setup.

2. Select Reports and Fax confirmation.

3. Select one of the following options. 

4. Turn On (Fax Send) Print a fax confirmation report for every fax you send.

5. Turn On (Fax Receive) Prints a fax confirmation report for every fax you receive.
