I am trying to complete my fax cover page. Unfortunately, I am unable to open/access the tabs under the Sender fields. I am only able to select priority options and complete the subject and comment areas. If possible, please assist me with this issue.
Thanks

Hey there! @Simpsofine, Welcome to HP forums.
I understand you are inquiring about editing a cover page for faxes. This printer's software will not let you do it. You will have to manually create a page, and send it to the first page every time you want to send a fax.
To" is not a configurable option. This information will be displayed on the receiver's end.
For example, " Mary" will be displayed in the "To" field once the fax is sent out successfully.
If you have any further queries, To assist you better please provide the model name and operating system you are using.
Let me know if this helps!
Have a wonderful day! 🙂

Thank you very much for responding to my post in a timely manner. Your solution is accepted. However, it is unfortunate my printer is unable to configure the Sender Field Options, so that I can view them prior to sending a fax. If possible, please inform me if there are other fax options that are unavailable on my printer. I am sending you the name and model of my printer: HP Officejet 4630e-All-in One-Series.
Have a terrific Thursday!

Hi! @Simpsofine, thanks for the response.
Please try few steps mentioned below.
You can set up the printer to forward your faxes to another fax number. A received color fax is forwarded in
black and white.
HP recommends that you verify the number you are forwarding to is a working fax line. Send a test fax to
make sure the fax machine is able to receive your forwarded faxes.
To forward faxes from the printer control panel
1. From the Home screen on the printer display, press the Up and Down buttons to select Fax, and then
press OK.
2. Select Settings, and then select Advanced Settings.
3. Select Fax Forwarding, and then select Select Fax Forward.
4. Select On with Print to print and forward the fax, or select On to forward the fax.
NOTE: If the printer is not able to forward the fax to the designated fax machine (for example, if it is
not turned on), the printer prints the fax. If you set up the printer to print error reports for received
faxes, it also prints an error report.
5. At the prompt, enter the number of the fax machine intended to receive the forwarded faxes, and then
select Done. Enter the required information for each of the following prompts: start date, start time,
end date, and end time.
6. Fax forwarding is activated. Select OK to confirm.
If the printer loses power when fax forwarding is set up, it saves the fax forwarding setting and phone
number. When the power is restored to the printer, the fax forwarding setting is still On.
Refer this manual for further information.
Note: Refer page 51 for more information.
Hope to hear from your soon!
Cheers! 🙂
