Fax Memory Full

My fax will not accept any faxes it says the memory is full or the fax log is full.  

How can I fix this?

Did you check your user guide for a solution?

Do you need the fax logs, if you don't you could always disable it?

Hi jsmith1,

You can fix this by clearing the fax log.

To clear the fax log

From the printer control panel display, touch Fax .

Touch Setup , and then touch Tools.

Touch Clear Fax Logs/Memory.

 I did what you recommended and it did not work. I did unplug my machine after I cleared the fax log and then magically it worked. I would have thought that HP would have figured out an easy solution to this by now.
