I'm trying to turn off the fax report that comes after every fax and I see instructions where it says to go to fax setup and there's an advanced section and you go to that and you turn the fax report off anyway mine doesn't have an advance setup on it it's just says back setup has my fax number my name and then the next screen as if I'm the only phone line only one phone line and I say yes and then it goes away it's done so I don't know how to get to the report to turn it off can somebody help me hope this makes sense

The answer depends on your printer model --
There are at least hundreds, perhaps thousands, of HP printer models.
Not all are printers enough the same to just throw out a generic answer.
Ways to do this:
Tell us the model name / product number (NOT the serial number) of your printer and we can perhaps direct you to where to find the information you seek. Reference: Product Home - Printers
OR
Open the Embedded Web Server (EWS) -- Find where the Fax is configured and check for the options available.

Open
Enter the device type and model name of your HP product
Select Category Setup and User Guides
Open the user manual -
If your printer includes Fax hardware, there will be an entire chapter on Fax
