Hello
I have a problem with the printer fax, I was suddenly notified: this feature has been disabled and I need to contact an administrator.
What can be done to get Fax back to work? I tried all the tools on the site and didn't help. Would appreciate help

Restore the fax setting to Defaults from the printer control panel.

 

1. From the Home screen, press the (Setup) button.

2. Using the buttons on the right, scroll to and select Fax Setup, select Advanced Setup, and then select Restore fax.

 

Restart the printer.

 

Set up the fax.

Hello again!
Thanks so much for your response, I tried to do it before you suggested it. I know the machine, but here is exactly the problem that I suddenly have in fax, it happens as soon as I press the fax setup button so this is exactly the message that appears on the machine's monitor. ("Contact an administrator") And this is the situation that does not allow you to enter anything fax setup. All other printer settings are possible and only fax cannot be accessed.
