Product: Hp Fax 640 product no CB782A

Hp Fax 640. You can hear the machine printing but pages are blank. I inserted a new ink cartridge and test report was blank.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

You can go to the setup menu>clean cartridges and check and align them as well.
