Product: HP Officejet J4580 All in One

Hi Guys, I have an HP Officejet J4580 All in One. With the including software I can read the Fax protocol but only the last 30 sendings. Who know how to read more then this?

Hi,

Do you refer to the Fax Log (History)?

 

The printer logs the last 30 transactions, the printer memory is limited and doesn't store any log above this limitation.

Yes I know, but the software reads data from printer and I think the software put into a file on the PC. So there must be a method to read from the file the complete file. Do you know?
