Fax report

I am trying to prove I sent a fax and need a fax report on the screen (my printer is no longer working). I have a HP OfficeJet 4655. Is that possible? If not, is there a way to print one and I can try to fix the printer 😬😬

I understand that you want the fax delivery status, I am glad to assist you.

You can check the fax delivery status on HP Smart app if you fax from HP Smart app

Here are the steps:-

When you click the Mobile Fax tile from the app home screen, the fax history displays.

If the history does not display, open the fax history:

• Mobile devices: Tap the More icon , and then select Fax History.

• Desktops: Click the Sent tab.

Previous faxes in the Sent list show as delivered  or failed . Click the fax job for more details.

If a fax fails, an email is sent to the email account associated with your HP account.
