Fax transmission

I am trying to send a fax to a pharmacy.  Once the number rings I get a verbal message to verify my age using a number but there is no keypad available to enter the number so the fax won't send.  What do I do?

This seems like a requirement by the pharmacy to verify your age. Try to input the number on your Phone.

Have you tried sending a fax to any other number and check if it works?

You may contact the pharmacy and ask for a different fax number.
