It states I have enrolled for fax but I only enquired and can’t find out charges if I’m enrolled.

Where do you see this information?

What model HP printer are you using?

There are no charges to use the fax feature on the printer.

Are you referring to Instant Ink?

Many thanks for your  message I’m sorry for the delay but your response went to my junk mail. I say the fax service on my instant ink . The no charge for using it answers my question.

Instant Ink and Fax are completely different. Click here to know more about HP Instant Ink. There is no fax service on Instant Ink.

To know about the fax, refer to this document.
