Faxing through HP ENVY 7640 via documents on PC

I am trying to figure out if I can use my HP ENVY 7640 (which has faxing ability) to fax documents directly from my PC

Before a fax can be sent from the computer, the latest software must be installed.

First the fax must be connected: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2461170-2225628-16

If not already installed, install this software: HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer series Full Feature Software and Drivers 
install.

Finally, a fax test should be performed: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2385619-2276753-16
