I have bought this printer/scanner/copier recently.  When I try to scan through flatbed I get the "Document Not Loaded."  How do I solve this problem?

This happens when the software expects the paper in the ADF. So you have to switch from ADF to flatbed before scanning.

Hello,

I was facing same issue before a days ago and I got one solution and it was worked well for me. You can try to clean Scanner glass or document feeder using soft, lint free cloth moistened with water. One more thing adjust the paper guides properly. After that reset printer, unplugging the power cord, waiting for 10 second and plugging it back in.  Once try this solution it may be work for you.

Thank you Sir.  I was able to solve the problem when I discovered that the scanner itself had an option of "Mode" - whether I want a flatbed scan or otherwise.
