Product: Office Jet Pro 8630
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

It has been several months since the launch of Mac OS Catalina.  My HP Officejet Pro 8630 still does not scan from the flatbed (automatic document feeder works).  I have installed several HP Easy Start updates without any success.

 

Has HP fixed the printer driver problem yet?

I called the number, but the agent who answered could not help.  He said that he would have to arrange a call back from a technical person.

Before making any more contact on the forum, I would reccomend a thorough review of the rules and guidelines so that you can protect yourself from further damaging your cpu/printer or more.
