Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Does HP have updated drivers for this product to work on Windows 10 (64 bit) or not? Tried serval times to update to the latest drivers get the following ERROR 4, [(6,7, 80004005),(2,6,8004005),(3,6,0)]

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
