While scanning and copying I am getting an error IOREF 99999 Alert ID 8048 (ScanWarning) on my printer. Lines are appearing on the scanned and copied documents. Bought the printer barely two months ago. Ran the scan doctor and the issue was temporarily fixed. It has started again. Attaching the scanned document for reference. Tried every troubleshooting step recommended on the internet without any luck. This is happening from all OS, Mac/ Windows/ iOS/ Android.
