My iMac desktop (running Big Sur IOS) has HP Smart and Easy Scan. The printer works. The scanner is not recognised despite downloading the app that is supposed to do this,
I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues scanning after updating the operating system to Mac OS 11.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you uninstall the printer driver from the computer and then download and install it from the below link.
Also, uninstall and reinstall the HP Easy scan on the computer.
