Hello Team

 

I am getting error as server does not support secure connection on my three HP printer

 

All were working fine but suddenly getting error

Same here, error with scan-to-email since this morning (11.05.2026).

I've got 3 OfficeJet 5742 in 3 locations in Germany with 3 different internet providers.

All printers are showing an error as soon as i want to use the scan-to-email feature.

Registered email addresses on the device will not even be shown (as it used to be before the error) when I click on "Scan".

Scanning with HP's software via WiFi from an Windows 11 device works properly, though.

Would be nice if someone from HP could comment on this. We're certainly not the only ones experiencing this issue. It looks like a larger problem in HP's backend.
