"Scan to computer" works great, except that it always saves as a JPG file. I scoured the boards to try to find how to change this. What I found suggested I should go to the built-in web server, find the settings for "Scan to Computer", and change them. When I did, however, all I see is this message:

"You cannot use this function because it has been disabled. For more information, contact the person who set up the printer."

There are two problems:

a. This function is not disabled, it works fine, except for the file format; and

b. I am the person who setup the printer; I contacted me, but me doesn't know what this means or how to fix it.
