Google Drive App Default Scan Settings?

Hi community,

I just got my M428fdw and bought it for scanning to google drive. I managed to set it up but it always opens with "letter" and "single page" scan and 100dpi resolution. As I life in Germany A4 would be necessary as default and duplex scan in a better quality as well. I have absolutely no clue where to change default setting 😕 Seems to be a different scanning setting but I won't find it.... Has anybody faced and solved this yet?

Sorry but you did not read my initial post properly - I WAS able to set up Google Drive App! I'm looking for default format settings as printer always takes letter by default when using app.

Your link only contains initially setting up Google Drive App to work at all but nothing of scanning settings 😞
