Hi @JUDY618

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Thanks for checking in. To cancel a fax job in progress on the HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e, follow these steps directly from the printer’s control panel:

Canceling a Fax Job in Progress

Access the Fax Menu

  • Tap the Fax icon on the printer’s touchscreen.

Locate the Active Job

  • If a fax is currently sending or queued, you’ll see a status screen showing the job in progress.

Cancel the Job

  • Tap Cancel or Stop Fax (the exact label may vary slightly depending on firmware version).
  • Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

If the fax job doesn’t appear on the screen or the cancel option isn’t visible, try restarting the printer to clear the queue.

Let me know if the job doesn’t clear or if you need help sending the new fax—I’ll guide you through it.

If my response helped, please mark it as an Accepted Solution It helps others and spreads support. 💙 Also, tapping "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" makes a big difference! Thanks! 😊
