Start here:
How to Copy
Make copies with an HP printer
Next,
According to the printer's specifications, the Copy feature includes Resize.
Unfortunately, the printer's user guide is particularly lacking in details that prove this is the case.

User Guide - HP Smart Tank 7600 series
While you have the manual open, check --
If available, find and make a Note of the printer's PIN number.
"If prompted for a password during the process, enter the PIN which is available from a label in the ink
access area or cartridge access area."
Next,
If you can do so, use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) to check whether you can edit / modify the printer's Copy defaults.
OR
- If the printer does not include a Copy Resize feature, use Scan.
- Scan the Content, Save it to your computer.

The default PIN might be located on the back or inside the printer (ink access area).
See your printer's user guide for additional information.
Search the guide for “ PIN “
Open your Browser
Open EWS -- Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar
Note → If the browser security will not let you open EWS, try a different browser.
