Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Deskjet F340 all-in-one printer; have a new laptop with WINDOWS 10.  I am able to print but scan does not work.  Any input is appreciated.

I've been going in circles with HP online help, but for some reason it will NOT install the drivers needed for the scan option.  HELP
