Product: envy 5600 series all-in-one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

I have Envy 5600 series Al-in-One Scanner printer. I mainly use thsi machine for Scanning. It used to make one document from multiple pdf scans. Now, I do not see that option. What I should do to get back to that option?

Hi,

Also ensure the scan resolution is set as 300DPI or lower and the Show Viewer option is checked, else no option to scan multiple pages will be offered.

Make sure you have Separate file for each scanned page unchecked.
