Make sure printer can handle the paper size / type / weight - Specifications
Alert the printer to the paper size / type loaded in the tray - Tray and Paper Management
Open the software / application > Open the label file > Print icon > Adjust Settings
Make sure the software / application used to print can access the printer Properties - set the appropriate paper size / type
