Product: Envy 120
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Hi. My envy 120 has stopped scanning images, now just producing coloured lines. The scanner bar does not illuminate. This has just started to happen, has worked perfectly for 5 years. Is there a fix or do I need to replace it and, if so is there a current printer / scanner that uses 300xl cartridges as I have just bought a new stock of them. Thanks

This is a hardware issue with the printer.

 

I would personally suggest you contact our HP Support.

Make sure you select the Country and Region.
