Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

AFTER INSTALLING WINDOWS 10. MY HP PRINTER 2545 NO LONGER GIVES THE SCAN PROFILE ENABLING MULTIPLE PAGE SCANNING. WHAT DO I DO TO GET BACK THIS PROFILE PLEASE.

HP Recommended

Hi,

Open the HP Deskjet 2540 software and press Scan a Document or Photo.

Select Save as PDF, set the resolution as 300DPI or lower and ensure the Show Scan Preview box is checked.

 

Press Scan, then use the plus icon below the scan preview to scan the next pages, once you are done press Save.

 

If the printer software is not installaed and you cannot locate it on your desktop or under Start > All Apps > HP, follow the HP Print and Scan Doctore and get the latest full feature software for your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/HPPSdr.exe
