Hello! 

 

I originally had errors with the 3630 printer not being detected consistantly and having to manually restart it a few times before being able to print from my desktop. 

 

To try and fix this issue I followed the accepted solution on this forum here

AFTER I followed all of these steps I seem to be further behind then I was before since now I cant get it to print AT ALL and now it has an error 0x8004005 

 

Please help - remote learning is difficult without a printer!!!

To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:

  • Is this the error message on the printer or the computer?
  • What happens when you make photocopies on the printer?
