The 3830 used to ask on the LCD screen if there were additional pages to scan after the first one. It no longer does. How do I switch the setting back to see that question after every scan?

Hi,

From your pritner software on your PC click on Scan, then on Manage Scan to Computer and locate the listed computer name.

 

From the printer select Scan > Computer and ensure the EXACT same name is selected with no additional words, then select Scan as PDF and press on Scan, once done it should prompt for additional pages.

I cant scan multiple pages into one .pdf document.  This should be themost basic and no. 1 task of a scanner - bar none and HP does not have a solution out of the box.  This is ridiculous.

I found that I had to install the entire HP software suite to get it to work.  Now when I scan to computer from the printer there's an entry that is simply the computer's name that I use  (previously there was just "Scan to [Computer's name]").
