Product: HP 3834
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

With help of this Forum, i solved many problem with my HP 3834 printer i had after last may W10 update.
I reinstalled the software.

Now i observe another problem:
The scan works in usb mode.
But i can't scan with my 3834 in wireless mode. Launcing the hp3834 sotware printing assistant,  i don't see scan options.

 

Print & Scan doctor find a driver problem.
The suggetsion of powering off the printer and restart computer does't work.

 

But if i use HP Smart it work fine in both wifi and usb mode!

 

 

can you help me?
