Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

HP 6700
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I also have a problem with scanning a document from the printer to the computer. I have tried everything literally!

I have uninstalled reinstalled, logged in as a different user. I have looked at other users having the same issues and mine are the same. I can run the "scan to pc.exe" that launches the service but that did not help. Used another USB cable and that did nothing. Connected over my network and that also did nothing.

What is puzzling  is that I can run the scan application from the computer and it scans fine but NOT from the printer control button. Even to make it more puzzling is that everything works on a Windows 7 (64) Pro machine. Compared services, permissions and firewall setting and all are identical.

Any words of wisdom?
