Product: HP Smart Tank 7605 All-in-One

My 7600 Scanner doesn't work anymore,. 

I rebooted the Printer, I reseted the Printer, the firmware is the newest. When the printer boots up, the scanbar moves but I see no light. All I can find is that the scanner is in use so I am not able to use it anymore. The app only says "Scan error".

Could it be a real hardware problem or what can I do?

Hardware problem, defective scanner.

 

Under warranty yes get a warranty replacement. Out of warranty, not worth repair.
