HP 8620 - Scan to email - Unable to setup the email profiles - EWS Web Interface won't load

The printer tries to redirect me to the https page, but it will never load (different browsers give a different message, but generally, "took too long to respond").

I've tried:

  • Factory reset
  • Firmware upgrade
  • Disable IPv6

This is quite frustrating. It was all working fine before. I have to redo the factory settings because of changing the printer head and now i am able to print but unable to use the future of Scan to Email. It's very very frustrating and there is no Phone or Agent support with whom we can get the issue resolved. Can the HP Support team can look into and send me an meeting link to resolve this issue please ???????????????? I have spent 380 $ in getting the printer and now to change the Print head i spent around 150$ and Printer cartridges' of original HP is around 140$.  Someone please save me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
