Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just bought a Epson 4850 for my crafting side of my business. I already have a HP8710 I have for my business side.

When i scan now on my 8710 a dialog box shows up asking me if i want to scan through my epson or HP printer. How do i

use a default or setting to only use the 8710 printer. So that I am not asked every time i scan to choice.
