Product: HP8720

My printer has suddenly developed a problem when copying.  It is acting like a scanner when I hit the "Copy" button.  The plate moves across the page twice and printing a page takes over a minute.  It just started doing this.  How do I fix it?

Hi,

Open and close the paper tray and evaluate the shown prompt, a such would likely occur due to incorrect paper type setting.

 

Ensure the paper type is set correctly, If there is Plain Paper in the printer ensure it is set for a such.
