Product: HP8720
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I am unable to use the printers control panel to scan documents. The issue arouse a few days ago. In a chat session with GEEK Squad, the agent told me that the recent software upgrade did not include continued access for scanning from the control panel. In order to scan I now need to use the HP Printer software. Why did HP remove that feature, thereby adding a step to the scanning of documents.
